Kim Ji Hun carried the wreath of Jang Ja Yeon
Korean actress Jang Ja Yeon of “Boys Over Flowers” was laid to rest this morning, March 9. A traditional Korean wake lasts only for three days from the day that the person died.
Jang Ja Yeon was found dead on the evening of Saturday, March 7th. She was said to have committed suicide amid her depression. She lost her parents in an accident when she was in high school. She was beginning to be noticed by the Korean entertainment fans all over the world when she killed herself.
Jang Ja Yeon’s body was cremated on March 9th after a Buddhist ceremony. Her co-stars in the drama were in her wake.
